South Central Power is making a last attempt to locate former members who earned capital credits in 1984. The Code 8 Regulations states that capital credits not claimed within 4 years of the date they are payable will be reallocated and former consumers will no longer have a right to claim them.
The cooperative has been unsuccessful in contacting a number of former consumers. Former consumers, or representatives of their estates can still claim the funds.
